It’s time for the Grammar Goblin’s beautiful word of the week.
Whether you are enjoying all the hope and newness that spring brings in the North, or preparing for a chilly winter ahead in the South, I think one thing is true for the weather at the moment… it has moments of being crisp.
I am surrounded by autumn at the moment and the season really brings out my poetic inclinations. The cold mornings and evenings, warm, windy days, and wispy clouds reminding me of what is to come… then there are the leaves.
Oh, how I adore the colours, the changes, and the sounds. Just as I begin to notice how the leaves chat on their branches, they take flight and we get to crunch them as we walk along in this paradise that is falling asleep.
Well, all of this leads me to the Goblin’s word of the week. Crisp. It means cool, fresh and invigorating. May you find may crisp moments this week!
