It’s Monday again… and, to be honest, I woke up with quite a lot of energy…
Getting a lot done is a great sign of a good Monday, but it can also set us up for a bit of an overwhelming week. One way to manage energy levels is to make lists of things to do, and to space them out over a few days or even the whole week.
Since I have a few projects on the go at the moment, I’ve channeled some of my great Monday morning energy into doing just that!
Now I know that I’ll get to everything and have a little extra time and energy for those surprise tasks that inevitably pop up!
