It sounds a bit strange… “rest in passion,”.. but stick with me, I’m onto something!
When we think of rest, we don’t typically put work in the same mental image, right? But what if there is a way to work in a way that doesn’t feel so bad?
Now, I don’t recommend giving up a beach vacation in favor of more work, but what I’m suggesting is finding a way to be passionate about what you do every day.
For me, getting to write AND help people for a living is my version of living my career dream! That means that every job I do, every person I chat with, every article or script, or email I write is filled with passion, and I walk away feeling fulfilled.
What parts of your work make you feel like that? How can you ignite your passion for the service you provide the world?
Remember that the experience you have is what you communicate to your clients, so be sure to find ways to be positive for your own sake and the sake of your business.
